Lots of Schools are already opening their Sports, Fitness and Leisure facilities to the wider community, but are there improvements that could be made to help ensure the school is compliant with Ofsted and H&S regulations whilst also looking at opportunities to boost the bottom line performance to ensure that they are sustainable. Having an independent consultant viewing operational practices and procedures through a fresh pair of eyes is a useful way to highlight areas for development and the report generated would serve as a reference tool for integration in to the School Improvement Plan.

Being the Bursar or Business Manager responsible for the safe and effective management of a schools community use is a challenging responsibility, especially during this time of reduced school funding. We were set up to support schools and to help them to generate the commercial return from their facilities in a sustainable way and as a result any future costs to the school will generally be offset by increased revenue generation and will therefore be cost neutral. There are no long contracts to the services that we provide enabling peace of mind to the schools that we work with.
